Delete your Farm Records account and data
Farm Records lets farm owners create an account and store operational data for their organisation. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data using the options below.
Who can delete an account
Only the farm owner can delete the organisation account. Deleting the account removes the entire farm, all team members, and all data stored for that organisation. Team members (managers and workers) cannot delete the farm account themselves — contact your farm owner or use the email option below if you need your personal login removed from a farm.
What is deleted
When the farm owner deletes the account, we permanently delete:
- The organisation and all user accounts belonging to it
- Operational data you entered, including stock and storage records, locations, customers and contracts, chemical and spray records, equipment and maintenance history, paddocks and harvest totals, and tasks
- Associated notifications and preferences for that organisation
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example billing or fraud-prevention logs) for a limited time; those are not used to restore your farm data.
Delete in the app (farm owner)
- Sign in to Farm Records on Android, iPhone, or the web app.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account, confirm your farm name and password, and complete the deletion.
Web app:Sign in and open Settings(owner only).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app (for example you uninstalled it), email us to request deletion. Include the email address you use to sign in and the farm organisation name so we can verify the request.

Subscriptions
If your farm has an active Google Play or App Store subscription, cancel it in the store before or after deleting your account — deleting the account does not automatically cancel billing.

How long it takes
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are usually completed within 30 days; we will confirm by email when deletion is finished.
