Australian farm record-keeping software

Know what you have, where it is, and who it is for.

Farm Records helps Australian farmers track storage, spray records, customer contracts, paddock harvest, and equipment maintenance — on your phone in the paddock, or on the web when you are back at the desk.

  • Grain, hay, chemical, and fertiliser storage with stock in and out
  • APVMA chemical search and a farm spray record register
  • Customer contracts and grain or hay allocations
  • Paddock harvest records and withholding period tracking on the map
  • Equipment service history, pre-starts, faults, and farm tasks

New farms can explore free for 14 days, then subscribe with Standard or Team in the app.

What Farm Records covers

Practical farm management in one app — storage tracking, spray compliance records, contract allocations, paddock harvest, and maintenance — without spreadsheets scattered across the farm office.

Grain, hay, and farm storage

Silo, bunker, hay shed, and chemical store tracking. Record stock in and out, see balances on hand, and trace movements when you need to answer how much is left.

Customers and grain contracts

Buyer details, open contracts, and allocations against stored grain or hay — reserved tonnage and available stock stay clear.

Chemical register and spray records

Search APVMA-registered products online and import them to your farm register. Log spray applications, track balances by location, and record withholding period dates.

Paddock map and harvest records

Paddock boundaries on the farm map, harvest totals by paddock, and active chemical withholding periods where they apply.

Equipment maintenance and tasks

Service history, pre-start checklists, faults, and due dates for vehicles and machinery — plus a farm task board for follow-up work.

Storage, spray records, contracts, harvest, and maintenance share the same farm data — so you are not paying for separate grain, chemical, and maintenance apps that do not talk to each other.See the full feature list.

Simple pricing

Start with a 14-day full-access preview on a new farm. When you are ready, subscribe in the app — billing runs through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. Both plans include the same features; only the team size differs.

Standard

$5.99 / month

Farm owner plus up to 5 team members. Full iPhone, Android, and web access.

Team

$9.99 / month

Farm owner plus up to 15 team members. Full iPhone, Android, and web access.

In the paddock and at the desk

A mobile farm app for the field and a web companion for office review — the same records on phone and browser.

Reliable in the field

Built for patchy coverage and low-signal areas. On iPhone and Android, stock in, out, and move can be recorded when the connection drops, then sync when you are back online.

Shared farm access

Invite managers and workers with role-based access and shareable invite codes — your farm team works from the same records.

Web companion

Sign in at app.farmrecords.au to review storage, customers, spray records, equipment, and reports from a desktop browser. The web app is online only — best for desk work.

Common questions

Does Farm Records include an APVMA chemical database?
Yes. When you have a connection, search APVMA-registered agricultural chemical products and import them into your farm chemical register. The catalogue is maintained on our server from official APVMA PubCRIS data.
Can I use Farm Records with poor mobile coverage?
On iPhone and Android, stock in, out, and move can be queued when signal drops and sync when you are back online. Spray records, APVMA search, and the paddock map need a connection when you use them.
What is the difference between Standard and Team?
Same features on both plans. Standard includes the farm owner plus up to 5 team members ($5.99/month). Team includes the owner plus up to 15 team members ($9.99/month). Both include iPhone, Android, and web access.
